How's the procedure?
It's easy, there are just 6 steps for you to get your order:
Step 1, choose a style first.
Step 2, find a picture of yourself
            which you want a drawing from.
Step 3, the MOST IMPORTANT STEP! Talk to our customer service.
            We will need your picture and email address from here.
            We can let you know if the picture is good enough for us
            to draw from. You will also be given an approximate finish time.
Step 4, made the payment, once we receive the payment,
             we will start to draw your picture.
Step 5, in agreed time, we will send you a first draft to your email.
            The first draft will be a screenshot of the artwork.
            Let us know if you want us to do any minor fixes on it
            (max 3 times of changes).
Step 6, approve the artwork, 
             we will send you a final work through email!

How long should I wait for the picture to be finished?
In average, all of the JS1804 products takes 4 business days to finish. However, the waiting time may be a bit shorter or longer due to the length of current job queue.
 
Half body or full body version options?
Yes we do both! For Full body option please see product JS18041, or half body option JS18042.
 
Speed up options?
No, we don't offer "cut the queue" option for JS1804/18041/18042.
